Carrot Milkshake

Cooked carrots are supposed to provide more nutrients than raw ones.  Thats the reason I cooked the carrots for this juice.

Ingredients:
Carrots - 2
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 4 tsp

Method:
1. Roughly dice peeled carrots.  Cook the carrots with little water till soft.
2. Bring the milk to a boil and let the milk and carrots cool.
3. Blend/Grind carrots, milk and sugar till all the ingredients are mixed well.
4. Refrigerate it and sprinkle cardamom powder while serving.
