Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Chopped Raw Mango - about 1/2 cup
Coriander/Cilantro Leaves - about 1/2 cup
Green Chillies - 5
Cumin/Jeera Seeds - 1 tsp
Jaggery - 1 tsp (optional)
Grind all the above ingredients with about 1 cup water to a fine or slightly coarse chutney. Slightly ripe mango can also be used. Serve Raw Mango chutney with dosas or fritters (pakodas).
