Plantain/Raw Banana - 2 big
Boiled Potato - 1 big
Chopped Spring/Green Onions - 1 cup
Chopped Red Onions - 1/2 cup (optional)
Chopped Coriander/Cilantro leaves - 1/3 cup
Cayenne pepper/Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/8 tsp
Salt
Oil

Method:
1. Peel the plantain skin and cook it till soft in enough water.  After cooling, grate the cooked plantain.
2. In a mixing bowl, add grated plantain, mashed boiled potato, chopped spring onions (with greens), red onions, cilantro, cayenne pepper, chat masala, garam masala and salt.
3. Mix all the ingredients well and make round balls of this mixture.  Flatten the balls between palms to form a pattie/pattice shape.
