Easy Airfried Garlic Lime Chicken

Hey everyone! Hope October is treating you well. Fall is my favorite season of the year. I miss Michigan fall around this time of the year. Airfryer and Microwave are my two favorite kitchen appliances. Home cooked meals become easy and hassle free. If you agree with me, you must try today's recipe. My way of cooking Meat and Potatoes . Ingredients: Skinless Chicken Drumsticks - 4 Juice of half a Green Lime  Garlic Herb Seasoning - 2 tsp Paprika - 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper - 1/8 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Oil or Cooking Spray Medium Potatoes - 2 How to Air fry Chicken and Potatoes: In a big mixing bowl, add chicken and juice of half a lime. Add garlic herb seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Mix well and refrigerate for 4 - 5 hours.  Grease the airfryer tray with cooking spray or oil. Many events happened in my life, some happy, some bittersweet...  Lets talk about food now. So.. air frying is the new thing in my kitchen. For today, I'll share my recipe of Healthy Chicken Nuggets . Not deep fried and cooking time is 10 minutes . Ingredients: Chicken Breasts (skinless) - about 1 pound Black Pepper Powder - about 1tsp Red Chili Powder or Paprika - about 1tsp Whole Wheat Flour/Indian Atta - 1/4 cup Salt Nonstick Cooking Spray or Oil How to cook crispy delicious Chicken Nuggets in an Airfryer: Chop chicken into pieces, depending on big or small you would like. The number of permutations and combinations with these grab and go lunches is endless.... protein rich beans, crunchy vegetables or lean chicken. Baking is such a healthier alternative for deep frying. Today's recipe is of a baked, low calorie, crunchy appetizer. You won't even miss your favorite fried chicken.  Even kids will love these chicken bites. Ingredients: Boneless Chicken - 1 pound Corn Flakes (Cereal) - 1/2 cup French Fried Onions - 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour/Maida - 1/4 cup Cayenne Pepper/Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp Garlic and Herb Seasoning - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning - 1 tsp Egg - 1 Cooking Spray or Oil Salt How to bake Crunchy Chicken Wings: Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and grease it with cooking spray or oil. A popular Indian chicken curry cooked with vinegar and potatoes. When I think of Indian meat curries, Chicken Tikka Masala is the first that comes to my mind. Its our family favorite. But my folks love this Goan Chicken Vindaloo too, which has a Portuguese influence. Ingredients: Boneless Chicken - about 2 pounds Potato - 1 medium Onion - 1 big Canned Tomato Paste - 2 tbsp (optional) Dry Red Chilies - 6 Vinegar - 1/2 cup Ginger - 1 inch piece Garlic - 4 big cloves Cumin/Jeera Seeds - 1/2 tsp Kabab Masala or any spice mix - 1/2 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Salt How to cook Indian Chicken Vindaloo Curry: Soak red chilies in vinegar for about 30 minutes. Roasted Garlic Rosemary Chicken

Roasted chicken drumsticks flavored with garlic and dry rosemary. Rosemary, an aromatic woody herb is quite commonly used in roasting chicken and other meats. This culinary herb is considered to improve memory. Ingredients: Chicken Drumsticks - 8 Garlic - 4 big cloves Onion (finely chopped) - about 1/2 cup Dry Rosemary - 1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper/Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp Orange Zest - 1/2 tsp Unsalted Butter - 1 tbsp Olive Oil - 1 tbsp Salt How to cook Garlic and Rosemary Chicken: Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder on the chicken drumsticks. Ingredients: Boneless Chicken - 1 pound (450 gm) Mint/Pudina Leaves - about 1 cup Coriander/Cilantro/Dhania Leaves - about 1/2 cup Yogurt/Curds/Dahi - 1 cup Green Chilies/Jalapenos - 6 Garlic/Lahsun - 4 big cloves Onion - 1 medium Turmeric/Haldi - 1/4 tsp Cinnamon/Dalchini Powder - 1/4 tsp Cloves/Lavang Powder - 1/8 tsp Chicken Masala or any spice mix - 1/2 tsp Salt Oil How to prepare Chicken Curry with fresh herbs: Puree mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic and yogurt to a fine paste. Every weekend when we go for our weekly grocery shopping, I go on a hunt for new kitchen gadgets, local vegetables and spice mixes, salad dressings and stuff. So far, Cajun seasoning and Chipotle were my favorites. My new favorite is Garlic and Herb Seasoning. I make sure I pick the spice mixes with No MSG. I love these spice mixes for simple stir fry vegetables like Asparagus , zucchini and bell peppers .   The restaurant style crispy chicken sandwiches are generally deep fried. When I make it at home, I go for a low calorie baked version which is equally tasty. Spicy crisp Chicken puffs with mixed vegetables. Ingredients: Pastry Sheet - 1 Chicken - about 1 cup Onion - 1 medium Mixed Veggies - about 1 cup Coriander/Cilantro Leaves - few sprigs Lime/Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp Garlic - 4 big cloves Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Cumin Powder - 1 tsp Kabab Masala or any spice mix - 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper/Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp Green Chili Paste - 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp Turmeric - 1/4 tsp Salt Oil How to bake Chicken and Veggie Puffs: Thaw the pastry sheet as per instructions or for about 45 minutes. Ingredients: Chicken Drumsticks - 8 Oil preferably Olive Oil - 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard - 1 tbsp Spanish Paprika or Chili Powder - 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper - 1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Garlic and Herb Seasoning - 1 1/2 tsp Butter - 1 tbsp Buffalo Wings Sauce - 2 tbsp Orange Zest - 1 tsp Salt How to bake Buffalo style Chicken: In a mixing bowl or a resealable plastic bag, add oil, vinegar, brown mustard, paprika (for color), cayenne pepper (for heat), black pepper, garlic and herb seasoning and salt. Easy Tasty Chicken Curry with yogurt/curd gravy and Tandoori Masala. Ingredients: Chicken Drumsticks - 6 Yogurt/Curds/Dahi (Thick) - about 1 cup Tandoori Masala - 1 tbsp Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp Mustard Paste - 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper/Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric/Haldi - 1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 tbsp Coriander/Cilantro Leaves - few sprigs Onion - 1 medium Cumin Seeds/Jeera - 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp Salt Oil How to prepare Chicken Tandoori Masala: 1. Marinating Chicken Drumsticks: In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, tanduri masala, garam masala, mustard paste, ginger garlic paste, cayenne pepper, turmeric and salt.  Mix well and keep this marinade aside.  2. Tandoori Chicken is an extremely popular Indian appetizer made with a spicy yogurt (curd) marinade.  Traditionally, chicken is cooked in a clay oven known as Tandoor.  The modern conventional oven works perfectly fine for a tasty homemade Tandoori Chicken. Here is my oven baked low calorie Tandoori Chicken recipe minus yogurt and minus food colour.
